This McDonald's started off good when it first opened,each visit it seems to be going down. My visit today was the worst the young lady who took my order though the drive thru was talking so fast (speed talking) I should have none it was going to be bad. The young man who was totally a professional by asking how's my day and thank you was my only bright spot (give him a raise or more him up) when I got to the window to pick up my food the speed demon still taking orders look and ask was I waiting on the #2 with cheese? I said yes she grabs a bag to hand to me .. I'm waiting now for my drink looking at her....she now looking on a screen then looks at me ,like why am I still here...she now picks up a soad and say "did you get everything" I said No my drink,she looks at me like she thought she gave it to me...I wanted so bad to say sis slow down slow down, but I noticed someone saying something to her I'm not sure but I think the manager who I have seen many times since the opening ANYWAY I drive off two blocks away l noticed instead of my burger it's a fish combo... I drive back now I have to get out of my car to go inside with about 12 people waiting for pickup for Uber eats and other... some angry I ask to speak with the manager that took about 10min.. I told her my situation how I just left the drive thru... as said before she seems to be a good manager every time I see her she's working not laying back I see her totally involved with her staff... I'm not sure what's the missing peace.. she look on the counter and said here's your order...NO sorry for your inconvenience NOTHING.... WOW I drive off I'm ready to eat my burger before taking a bite YUP a big glob up ketchup right on my shirt..I pulled over and look at how sloppy it was made someone heavy handed with the ketchup pickl half way on the sandwich... look good at your on risk..or before leaving the window check everything... Cheltenham ogonz 66 Broad are now off my list It's sad I have to drive all the way to Fox Chase or Warminster just to get good service...SAD
If you need to use the bathroom real quick don't come here. Even when you purchase food first it still no common courtesy shown. But yet we spend money at these places ans can't even be allowed to use the restroom. And yes this is my first time coming here and last
Please replace the cooking staff so I can take the wife back. This location at 66th Avenue is the worse. It’s like someone is sabotaging the food. Way too much mayonnaise or sauce or salt. And Steak bagel with pieces of meat spaced out. Please help this staff.
